Acceptance

By creating an account or using RepLog, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The app

RepLog is a free workout-tracking app. It is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Features may change or be removed at any time without notice.

Not medical advice

RepLog is a logging and tracking tool, not a medical device or fitness professional. Nothing in the app — including suggested warmups, training-max calculations, estimated one-rep-max figures, or any other computed value — is medical or professional fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program, and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or injury. Exercise descriptions, instructions and illustrations shown in the app are general information only, not a substitute for coaching or professional advice, and may not suit your body, experience or circumstances. You use the app, and perform any exercise it logs, at your own risk.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a real, working email address. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account; this is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your content

You own the workout data, progress photos, and other content you create in RepLog. We don't claim ownership of it and only use it to provide the app's functionality back to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you delete your account, this content is permanently deleted.

Third-party content

Exercise illustrations and instructions are provided by RepDB ("Exercise data by RepDB (repdb.co)") and remain subject to their own license. You may use them within RepLog, but you may not copy them out of the app, republish or resell them, or use them to train or condition generative AI models.

Acceptable use

Don't use RepLog to upload unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the app's operation or backend infrastructure.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The app is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury, data loss, or service interruption.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
